As a member of the Grunt Style program, you agree to adhere to the following special terms and conditions: Publishers will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for the use by Grunt Style. Publishers shall not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to Grunt Style without first submitting such material for approval and receiving express prior written consent. Publisher web site shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the Grunt Style website. Publisher shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the Grunt Style website. Publisher agrees not to bid on any keyword in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that is a trademark or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with Grunt Style. Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to: Grunt Style, www.Grunt Style.com, Grunt Style coupons, Grunt Style promo codes, etc; Grunt Style may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any other word or phrase. Publishers are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any Grunt Style related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language; official site; or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or membership offers in ad copy. No Direct Linking. Any affiliate found to be direct linking will have their sales reversed and will be removed from the program. Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. All affiliates must notify and discuss social campaigns with the account manager before beginning a social campaign. Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis. All email affiliates must be spam compliant. Please contact the program manager for the most up to date suppression list and email creative. Incentivized partners will be accepted into the program on a case by case basis. All affiliates are required to use the most up-to-date creative, and only creative found in the Pepperjam affiliate network. Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in case of any violations.
