Payout Cap Terms Payout caps are typically provided to partners from the agency or advertiser alongside specific promotional events where CPAs are increased for a limited time.. This length of time is always agreed upon at time of booking. When a payout cap is communicated to our partners, the payout cap will apply per customer and not by transaction. Payout caps are calculated over the entire length of time the promotional event is in market and not by day. E.g. a $100 cap running alongside an upsized promotional event lasting 3 days, will allow for a maximum payout of $100 per customer for the 3 day length of the promotional event. If you are advertising incorrect prices or product specifications 48 hours after they have changed, Shark NInja reserve the right to remove you from the current campaign and withhold any future commissions from this campaign. Removal from the Shark Ninjas partner program can adhere if partners do not comply.
