Definitions:
VectorVest: Refers to the VectorVest team and their affiliate management agency.
Partner Terms:
Pre-Approved Creative: Affiliates must use only creative that has been pre-approved by VectorVest in writing or provided through authorized channels.
Brand Safety: Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the brand safety of their promotional activities.
Content Alteration: Affiliates will not alter approved content without written consent from VectorVest.
Content Removal: Upon written notice, affiliates must promptly remove any content that is no longer approved by VectorVest. Failure to do so within 7 business days may result in removal from the program.
Keyword Bidding: Affiliates will not bid on branded keywords or search terms without express written permission from VectorVest.
Consumer Confusion: Affiliates shall not take any action that may confuse consumers regarding their relationship with VectorVest.
Pop-Up and Pop-Under Ads: Affiliates will not post or serve links to VectorVest within pop-up or pop-under windows, transitional page ads, or layer ads on any platform not operated by the affiliate.
Traffic Interception: Affiliates will not attempt to intercept or redirect traffic to VectorVest.
Click Generation: Affiliates will not artificially generate clicks using robots, software programs, or any other means.
URL Transparency: Affiliates will not cloak, hide, spoof, or obscure the URL of their mobile platforms or sub-affiliates' platforms.
Brand Requirements:
Submit all original content to VectorVest for compliance review before going live.
Refrain from derogatory comments and adhere to brand safety guidelines.
Avoid using keywords related to adult content, arms, crime, death, drugs, hate speech, obscenity, or terrorism.
Change Notification Period:
Terms can be changed or cancelled with a notification period of 0 days to the Publisher.
Commission Structure Effective March 1:
Affiliates will earn up to $50 for every qualified VectorVest trial sign-up they generate. To discourage fraud, we monitor account usage and pay commission as follows.
For every sign-up you drive to VectorVest, we will pay you $15 without restriction.
Additionally, if a signed-up user demonstrates active usage of the VectorVest platform during the first 15 days, you will receive an additional bonus of $35 per sign-up, bringing your total reward to $50 per user.
Reversal Policy:
Reversal of performance advertising actions will be decided by VectorVest and governed by a maximum reversal percentage of 100%.
If a Trial sign-up comes in from the United Kingdom, the commission will not be counted. VectorVest does not operate in the UK.
