Financial transactions covered by this Contract will be processed in the USD currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.
Change Notification Period
The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 1 day(s) notification to the media partner.
Reversal Policy
Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the Advertiser governed by a max reversal
percentage of 100%
Media Partner Tracking Pixel
Advertiser does NOT allow media partner to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.
To begin the enrollment process, Affiliate shall complete and submit the online Affiliate application
through airSlate’s online Affiliate Program portal, hosted on PartnerStack.com or any successor website
("airSlate Affiliate Portal"). airSlate will review each application and provide an approval or refusal within
commercially reasonable time.
airSlate reserves the right, at any time, and for any reason, to terminate Affiliate’s participation in Affiliate
Program and block Affiliate’s HTML link from any website of Affiliate ("Affiliate Site").
The maintenance and the updating of Affiliate’s Site is Affiliate’s sole responsibility.
All participants in the Affiliate Program must be compliant with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
guidelines on testimonials and endorsements, and other applicable law. All endorsements, reviews,
testimonials on airSlate’s Products and Services, as well as relationships between other types of content
websites (forums, blogs, microblogs, and other social media channels) and airSlate must be clearly
disclosed in a written statement on Affiliate’s Site.
