Including one for the advertiser. * Use of deceptive from lines including friendly from and subject lines is strictly prohibited. Notices: Suppression file must be downloaded before live traffic starts. Suppression file must then be downloaded weekly. In addition to suppression file, all affiliates must use the unsubscribe link provided within all email sends. All email affiliates must include full sender details within footer of email template and comply with the regulations of the country they are sending traffic within. (E.g. GDPR, CANSPAM etc). Scrubs / Rejections: - Offer scrubs/rejects conversions for Fraud traffic Offer CAPS: - All affiliates must agree offer CAP allocation before starting live traffic. Restrictions: - No fraud - No incentivised traffic - Affiliates must only use approved assets. Approved marketing channels: - Email marketing - Display - Social - Native - No incent traffic allowed Failure to adhere to all of these offer terms listed above will result in commission being suspended / rejected.
