User must remain active (not uninstalled) for at least 24 hours. New users only. Android traffic is not accepted. KPI Requirements Day-1 Retention ≥ 30% Uninstall Rate ≤ 30% Converted Users ≥ 20% Fraudulent, duplicate, or bot traffic will not be paid. Traffic Policy Prohibited: Incent traffic, PPC on brand terms, adult/gambling/violent content, misleading creatives, SDK traffic, video traffic (except influencer content), and unauthorized rebrokering. Any illegal or reputation-damaging activities are strictly prohibited. Quality Control & Compliance Advertiser reserves the right to reject installs that do not meet the Valid Install Definition or KPI Requirements. If user behavior deviates significantly from normal benchmarks (e.g. abnormal uninstall rates, extremely low ROI, sudden volume spikes), advertiser may conduct a compliance review. Publishers must provide proof of traffic sources, creatives, ad screenshots, and placements upon request. Failure to do so may result in rejection of installs. Payment Terms Valid installs meeting the above requirements will be paid according to Impact’s billing cycle. Advertiser may pause or terminate the campaign at any time for quality concerns. Higher registration rates may qualify for additional performance bonuses.
