X Prohibited Marketing Practices • Promoting PeopleFinders via spyware, adware, malware, or any downloadable applications. • Marketing or advertising PeopleFinders services by any unapproved means. • All advertising and messaging must be approved in writing by PeopleFinders. • Brand bidding of any kind. • Spam of any kind (email, web, instant messaging, etc.). • Using copyrighted videos on YouTube or other streaming sites. • Using terms related to: • Birth date, birthday, or DOB (you may use “Age”). • Social Security Number (SSN). • Spy Lookup Tools or GPS claims (e.g., “find the exact current location of a phone”). • Sending SMS or text message traffic. • Driving incentivized traffic. • Promoting PeopleFinders payouts on offer aggregation or promo sites (e.g., OfferVault, CJ, etc.). ** FCRA Compliance & Prohibited Use Cases All publishers and affiliates must comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). PeopleFinders is not a consumer reporting agency and may not be used for any purpose covered by the FCRA, including: • Employment screening or decisions (hiring, promotion, termination, reassignment). • Screening household workers (e.g., nannies, gardeners, domestic help). • Tenant screening or lease decisions. • Evaluating credit or insurance eligibility. • Screening for professional service providers (e.g., tutors, doctors, trainers). • Determining eligibility for education, scholarships, financial aid, or grants. In short: PeopleFinders may not be used for any decision-making purpose related to employment, housing, credit, insurance, or similar assessments.
