Enrollment Commision: $61.52 Tier 2 (Appliance, Pest Control, Window & Exterior Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Landscape & Lawn, Other): 3. Qualified Lead Commision: $15.38 4. Enrollment Commision: $46.15 Tier 3 (Painting, General Contractor, Handyman, Home Cleaning, Automotive): 5. Qualified Lead Commision: $9.22 6. Enrollment Commision: $30.77 Affiliate represents and warrants that: a) Affiliate has the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to be bound to the promises, covenants, and other duties set forth in this Agreement. Affiliate has obtained any necessary clearances, licenses, or other permission for any intellectual property used on Affiliate’s website. b) Nothing on Affiliate’s website infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. c) No person or entity has brought or threatened an action claiming such infringement, nor does Affiliate have any reason to believe that any person or entity will bring or threaten such a claim in the future. d) Affiliate’s website and market channels do not contain and are not associated with any materials, sites or companies that are: (i) Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic; (ii) Offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory (whether based on race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical disability, or otherwise); (iii) Graphically violent; or (iv) Solicitous of any unlawful behavior. e) Affiliate will not make any claim to ownership of the Promotional Materials, or of the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property therein. e) Affiliate will not purchase adds that direct to Affiliate’s site(s) or through and affiliate link that could be considered to be competing with Housecall Pro’s advertising, including but not limited to, our branded keywords, and Affiliate will not use any mechanisms to deliver referrals other than through an intended referral (such tools or mechanisms would include, but not be limited to bots, iFrames or hidden frams), nor will Affiliate incentivize referrals.
